You are permitted to copy the content for the sole purpose of placing an order with The Coral Grove or using the site as a shopping resource.
You are not permitted to (except as noted above), display, modify, distribute, publish, transmit create derivative words from, sell or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents of this site.
Through the bespoke design process, The Coral Grove retains ownership of the design and in the future may use something similar in the product offering for others to choose from.
All orders are to be paid in full using credit & debit cards or Paypal on the website. Payments via bank transfer or Cheque may be accepted upon request. Payment processing is handled securely via the checkout by Stripe or Paypal. The Coral Grove does not retain any part of your payment card information.
Shipping & Delivery Times
If your item is in stock it (which is quite rarely the case as each item is made to order) it will be sent out within 3-5 working days.
Each piece is made exclusively for you, so please allow up to 3 weeks (although often sooner) for the production time. Bespoke, custom orders may take a while longer. If you happen to require your jewellery for a specific date, please email me before you place your order to make sure that I am able to get it to you on time.
Standard orders will be commenced usually within 48 hours and once they have been shipped, you should receive your order within the following time frames:
UK: £6.50 Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, arriving approximately 1-2 working days following dispatch.
International: £12.50 with Royal Mail International Tracked and Insured, arriving 3-12 working days following dispatch. This could however be a little longer (sometimes over 30 days) due to customs which sadly, I have no control over.
These prices could vary for high value custom pieces if your item requires an increased insurance cover or a faster delivery method. I am happy to provide quotes for this.
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance and will require a signature on delivery. Tracking information is not automatically sent out to you, if you'd like your tracking number please feel free to request it via the 'contact' button above.
Please make sure that the address you enter at the checkout is correct. The Coral Grove will not be able to compensate you for an item sent to an incorrect address via your checkout account information.
International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties and The Coral Grove can not be held responsible for these charges. All orders are shipped from the UK.
The Coral Grove can not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. You will have to make a claim personally to the post office for the loss/delay. Proof of postage can be provided for your claim.
Please state your UK ring size in the notes section when you checkout or via email after you have placed your order.
The Coral Grove uses the standard British Ring Sizing Scale- alphabetical.
If you are unsure of your ring size, the best way to find it out is to either order one of the reusable ring sizers from the website or to stop by any jewellery store and have them size you for free. Internet size guides can be unreliable. The Coral Grove does not offer refunds or exchanges on rings if you have chosen the wrong size as each ring is made to your specification. If you find you have ordered the wrong size and need it re-sized, please contact me via the 'contact' button above.

I usually tend to take the full payment up front for custom pieces. However, I am always happy to help and if if its suits your highest good to make several separate payments over a few months please contact me for more information and to discuss a payment plan.
Deposits on custom pieces are non-refundable.
Silver & Stone Care
It is very important to take care of your silver and gold jewellery as it can tarnish if it isn't kept clean and dry.
When silver tarnishes, it is a surface discolouration caused by the interaction of oxygen (air) with the silver, this is also known as oxidisation. With silver, gold and other metals this process is normal, natural, expected and can occur relatively quickly if care is not taken to protect it.
Many things can speed tarnishing; hot tubs, saunas, swimming pools, air pollution, cleaning products and even the minerals in your water. It is recommended that you remove your jewellery before bathing and cleaning etc.
You can try to remove the tarnish with a special silver cleaning cloth. If that doesn't work it is best to take it to a professional for cleaning.
The gemstones I use are all natural and each unique to their colour and cut, so although I guarantee the best selection of colours available, please note that I cannot promise exact replicas of the stones photographed.
I highly recommend that you are very careful with your gemstones both large and small, especially if you are wearing them daily. It is advisable to remove your jewellery when you are doing rough hand work that may damage the stone or shape of the ring. I also recommend taking your jewellery off when washing your hands, showering and sleeping. When putting on sweaters, going through pockets, etc. I also advise spinning the ring to the inside of your hand and making a fist around them to avoid the stone or prong settings from getting caught on anything.
I use predominantly opals and pearls in the jewellery I make and whilst their brilliance is second to none, it is important to know that they are classed as a 'softer stone'.
I recommend being gentle with your pearls and opals, follow the tips mentioned above and be mindful not to hit them against anything hard by mistake. Damaged opals are not uncommon, so please keep in mind that I do offer a repair service should you require it.
The Coral Grove is not responsible for broken or lost stones. However, I understand that accidents happen and am happy to repair a piece or replace a stone for a reasonable fee. I also offer a polishing and resizing service.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
Great pride and perfectionism is put into each pieces creation and finish and I have every confidence that you will be more than happy with your jewellery. However, in the event that you are not entirely happy, please contact me and let me know your concerns as soon as they arise so that any issues can be remedied.
You also have the right to return your items within 14 days of receipt *earrings are not included for hygiene reasons* on the condition that they are returned in their original and unworn condition. If you would like to return an item, please get in touch with me via the 'contact' button above. Please do not attempt to return an item without receiving the appropriate instructions first. There may be a slight fee to pay with regards to exchanges as each piece is handmade to order so additional material and time to create a new piece may need to be taken into consideration.
You will be liable for your jewellery until they are returned to me safely and therefore I would highly advise that you choose an insured and secure shipping method. Refunds will be issued within 7 working days to the same credit card or PayPal details that the order was purchased from.
I am unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised, custom, one off and reduced items. Rings are classed as custom orders as they are specifically made up to your custom size.
Return postage costs are non-refundable.
